KOTA KINABALU: An image supposedly revealing Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin at a table with what appears like turtle eggs is being distributed on social networks.
However, a male who was seen with Bung, has required to Facebook to describe the matter, stating the images were edited.
In the Facebook account under the name of Rapidcdorezo, the man said the photo flowing online was his, but somehow edited by reckless celebrations.
He apologised to Bung for the trouble and misconception caused.
The image, which was likewise shared by Tanjung Aru assemblyman Datuk Junz Wong on his Facebook account, is triggering issue among the public due to the fact that it is unlawful to have or consume turtle eggs in Sabah. It is not understood when the picture was taken.
In the comments section, Bung stated the allegations were defamatory, controlled by careless celebrations to destroy his political career and to bring him down.
